The summer packet is on it's way to our enrolled students!!
Included you will find information on Back-to-School night,
assessments, fees, the first day of school, and our new student
dismissal policy. Click this LINK to find the form regarding
elementary student fees and the dismissal policy which
could be missing from your packet. Please print, fill out and
bring to Back-to-School night along with your payment.

District 27J has adopted 4 new elementary assessment days. The purpose of these days is to allow our teachers to assess your child, gather information from these assessments, and plan appropriate instruction as soon as possible. Students will be assessed primarily on their reading and math abilities. The adopted school days are August 12th & 13th and January 3rd & 4th.
All 1st through 5th grade students at West Ridge will be scheduled according to LAST NAME as follows:

The assessment days are considered student contact days and all attendance policies and procedures apply. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your child's testing time. Supervision for students arriving before or staying after their testing time is not provided. Daycare is NOT available for the assessment days.
